By updating your information you are helping the association to better communicate with you and your family.
Parking Management
The Parking system is managed by National Parking Manager.
ANY RESIDENTS WHO HAVE NOT SIGNED UP FOR THEIR E-PERMITS ARE SUBJECT TO TOW.
To register your vehicle, please visit: www.NPMParking.com and choose "Resident Registration" below the login details. Follow registration instructions from there. You'll probably notice that the first thing you're asked for is a Registration Keyword. Your Registration Keyword is 10033065.

How Much Does an E-Permit Cost?: $15.00 per resident vehicle, renewed upon lease renewal.
What Information is Needed for My Application?
In order to be prepared to complete the application, please have:
A copy of your driver's license
Copy of your vehicle registration for each vehicle being added to your application.
You may be asking yourself "Why are these documents required for my application?" This information is solely used by your property management team to verify your residency, and to ensure that all vehicle information is up to date. As soon as your residency is verified by your property management office, you will receive an email with your personal login credentials. Once your vehicle has been approved for an e-permit, it is authorized immediately for parking.

nEW APPLICANT (OWNERS OR TENANTS)
You are required to complete two (2) steps for this application; STEP 1 "Hard Copy Application" and STEP 2 "Online Background Check Application".
Once both steps are completed, please contact the office to make an appointment to bring the "Hard Copy Application", and supporting documents.
NOTE: We will not accept the application if you missing any supporting documents or you have any unanswered fields in the application.
BEFORE SUBMITTING APPLICATION: Revie the "Checks list" and make sure you meet all requirements.

NOTE: Each application must be submitted at the Association's in hard copy (no double-sided printing).
STEP 2 "ONLINE BACKGROUND CHECK"
NOTE: This is not the application. You still have to bring the hard copy application to the office.
